Project Manager

As a Project Manager at JSE, you will play a crucial role in overseeing MEP projects from inception to completion. You’ll collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.   • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $100,000.00, annually, commensurate with experience.

  • Proven experience in project management within the MEP industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Project planning and execution.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • PE stamp VT with ability to get NY and NH Stamps.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience designing MEP systems for commercial buildings.
  • Proficiency in Revit for drafting and modeling a strong desire but not a requirement
  • Creative mindset to tailor solutions to each project’s unique needs.

Energy-Efficient Design:

    • Lead the design and development of HVAC and electrical systems for commercial and industrial buildings.

Mechanical Designer / Engineer

Jade Stone Engineering is seeking Entry-level, Junior-level, and Senior-level Mechanical Engineers who hold an interest in energy efficient design solutions. Common design solutions at JSE include LEED Certified, and NetZero/Zero Carbon buildings. While working at JSE, you will be part of a team that is transforming the heating and cooling industry of the future.   • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred but not required.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is preferred.
  • No prior Engineering experience required; however, applicable coursework or internship/cooperative learning experience preferred.
  • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred

  • Interface with clients and other engineering disciplines as well as mechanical contractors during construction.
  • Perform simple and routine tasks assigned at the direction of a mid or senior level engineer using the standards set by the company, group, client, etc.
  • Correct mark-ups on drawings provided by engineers.
Entry Level

Electrical Designer / Engineer

Jade Stone Engineering is seeking Entry-level, Junior-level, and Senior-level Electrical Engineers. JSE is a Watertown-based mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design firm located in Watertown, NY. JSE is actively seeking a candidate interested in designing NetZero, LEED Certified, solar, EV, and wind powered energy solutions. This candidate will also gain extensive experience in the electrical design of federal government buildings, higher education facilities, industrial facilities, aviation facilities and much more!
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred but not required.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is preferred.
  • No prior Engineering experience required; however, applicable coursework or internship/cooperative learning experience preferred.
  • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes is a plus.
