Building 38 is a 2-story building with an area of 242,000 square feet. The project scope includes the complete renovation of 23 lecture halls and supporting facilities in the sub-basement area. This project has an extensive phased approach with a construction schedule anticipated to extend beyond 2022. Due to the facility’s historical significance, all lighting upgrades to the facility include custom configured lighting fixtures.
Breakout #1 has been completed and included 4 smaller lecture center spaces. The electrical scope included new LED custom lighting, fire alarm upgrades, extensive digital lighting controls, data and wireless access upgrades. Due to the facilities historical significance, all lighting upgrades to the facility include custom configured lighting figures.
