JSE performed the electrical and instrumentation engineering services pertaining to five (5) remote flow monitoring sites. Major design components included but were not limited to the following:

• Specification of five (5) solar powered remote telemetry units
• Specification of flow monitoring equipment at each of the sites (ultrasonic transducer)
• Specification of cellular equipment for communication with existing SCADA system
• Integration within an existing City SCADA system
• Specification of solar equipment
• Specification of all electrical circuitry
