Rochester Airport is remodeling a 6,000SF area into a US Customs and Border Patrol Protection Facility. JSE is providing mechanical and plumbing design services to the project.

Design scope items include:

• Complete HVAC replacement of the project space
• Heating /cooling load calculations
• Associated ductwork design
• Makeup air/exhaust design
• Relocation of bathrooms facilities and rerouting of the plumbing piping to accommodate
• Sanitary and domestic plumbing design for kitchenette and new bathrooms
