Construction of a new 9,000 square foot Emergency Services building.  This new facility will house the University Police Department, campus Emergency Management staff, and the Otsego County Law Enforcement Academy.

Jade Stone Engineering was very excited to be involved with the project as the mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineers.  One reason for our excitement is the fact that this building will be the first NetZero capable building constructed in the SUNY system!  The completed building will not add to the carbon footprint of the campus.

Some key scope elements include energy efficient LED lighting, air source heat pump HVAC systems, 150 kW diesel emergency generator, and VRF heat recovery pumps.
