Jade Stone Engineering designed a new Fire Station for the Town of Watertown. The new station included fire and ambulance bay areas, sleeping quarters, office spaces and conference rooms. The entire designed was performed in REVIT which allowed for detailed team and construction collaboration.
Significant design components included a make-up air system, a central vehicle exhaust system, and a central VAV AHU for non-service bay areas. Work also included a central boiler system, in-floor heating, facility lighting, a new Emergency Generator, and a new service entrance, switchgear and power distribution.
JSE also provided services for integration to Jefferson County Radio and paging/phone/data distribution.
