JSE worked with the Village Engineer to design the electrical systems for the Village of Lowville Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project. Significant design aspects included a new electrical service entrance and associated gear, a new Emergency Generator System, and new mechanical and electrical systems associated with a new blower building, ultra-violet (UV) disinfection system, and SBR system.
New electrical underground infrastructure was designed and a new facility-wide supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA) was provided to support the improvements.
New high-efficiency LED lighting systems were implemented throughout the site and all facilities.
Throughout the project, JSE coordinated with the Village Engineer on a consistent basis to ensure the project stays within budget and on schedule.
