Watertown City Court – Rehabilitation Project

JSE is Providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering Services to this Project

The City of Watertown is looking to rehabilitate existing spaces within City Hall to provide improved accessibility and security. Renovations will be made in multiple areas of the building, and Jade Stone will be providing MEP services to the project.

 

Design scope items include:

  • Low-Voltage power distribution and associated branch-circuiting modifications for the new layout
  • LED lighting design modifications for the new layout
  • IT/Telecommunications design and support for the new layout
  • Electrical modifications in support of an elevator replacement
  • Electrical modifications in support of a rooftop mounted AHU replacement
  • Sanitary and domestic plumbing design for multiple bathrooms
  • Heating and cooling load calculations
  • Make-up air and exhaust design for restrooms
  • AHU replacement and Ductwork design
  • Penthouse mechanical unit replacement and design

 

This project represents substantial change to the City Court and City Hall, and will contribute well to their ability to serve the community as a whole. JSE is happy to be a part of this project in Watertown, and eager to see it come together on-time and on-budget
