Watertown Savings Bank is constructing a new Lending Center building. This project is a 14,000SF addition to their main campus, and represents a major addition to their Watertown, NY operations. JSE provided all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for this project, and IT/Telecommunications design as well.

Design scope items included:

• IT/Telecommunications
• Fire alarm system
• HVAC and associated ductwork
• Electrical service entrance and associated branch circuit distribution
• Sanitary and domestic plumbing
• Interior and exterior lighting
